Are you tired of the same boring nativity scene each Christmas? No? Well then you'll definitely be offended by the Hipster version for Millennials.
The entire things is very authentic for the 21st century... .
First you have Joseph and Mary (who is definitely not a virgin in this scene) taking a selfie with new baby JC.
Joseph, sporting a trendy beard, most likely has the new iPhone X (ten not X) which he waited in line for several hours to get.
Mary looks hungover with her shoulder and bra strap showing while holding a Starbucks cup, I'd guess pumpkin spice latte, giving the peace sign while making a duck face. You can NOT cram anymore stereotypes into Mary's character if you tried.
Then you have the three Wisemen on Segways delivering Amazon packages. Mary and Joseph must be Amazon Prime Members and ordered something from Prime Now.
Each of the three Wisemen is sporting a different classic Hipster look.
You also have the Shepard Instagramming the event from his iPad accompanied by his animals...
I heard about these things over a year ago but had a slow cooker so I didn't care. Eventually I decided to buy one... Now everyone seems to be buying one this Christmas. They're basically sold out EVERYWHERE.
If you're unaware, there is a website called Reddit. It is the self-proclaimed "Front Page of the Internet." I tend to agree since most news sites get their "pop culture" stories from Reddit. I can't count the number of times I'll read something on Reddit and then see it making the rounds on Facebook, several days later...not unlike this post. Reddit also does Ask Me Anything (AMA). This is basically where a famous or notable person answers questions from the internet. Sometimes they backfire (See REI CEO). If you know anything about Wendy's you'll know they're the Kings of Frostys and the Kings on Twitter...among fast food restaurants. Their twitter team recently did an AMA on Reddit and explained all the times other fast food places needed to visit the burn center.
Swiss army knives are known for their quality and functionality. Their design is very distinct and easily recognizable. The name comes from when the Swiss Army was looking for a knife to purchase for it's soldiers in the 1800s. Now they are known for being a multi-functional tool usually having a large blade, small blade, nail file, can opener, corkscrew, scissors, etc. However, there is one Swiss Army Knife out there which rules them all...
The Wegner 16999 Swiss Army Knife has 141 functions and costs around $1400, if you can find it new. I don't think you can and buying it used will set you back nearly $10,000. You can still find it on Amazon and it has some hilarious reviews.
Click the picture below to see all 141 functions.
And here are the reviews...
Sadly there are some things it can't do...
If you're looking for a knife you can actually afford, check out some of these:
